Ronabond® Premixed Render is a polymer enhanced mortar designed for internal and external render applications. Ronabond® Premixed Render is pre-bagged ensuring correct mixing proportions which avoids possible mixing errors on site. Ronabond® Premixed Render is suitable for hand or spray application and can be applied to a variety of substrates.

Application

Application steps

MIXING

Mix using a forced action mixer or using a slow speed drill and paddle. Place the whole bag of powder into the mixing vessel and add approximately 4 litres of clean water. Mix for 3–5 minutes to achieve a homogeneous workable mortar.

APPLICATION

Ronabond® Premixed Render can be applied up to 50 mm thickness in a single application.

   

Pumping / Spraying:

To pump or spray Ronabond® Premixed Render, a continuous mixing and pumping machine should be utilized for both mixing and spraying. Ronabond® Premixed Render is continuously fed into the mixing machine hopper and mixed with clean water to provide a homogeneous workable mortar.

 

CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT

Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use.
