Ronafix® Tile Set

High Strength Tile Bonding Additive

Ronafix® Tile Set is designed as an additive for use with ordinary Portland cement and sand to prepare high strength adhesive mortars with beds up to 15 mm thick. Ronafix® Tile Set is ideal for fixing ceramic tiles, paving tiles, brick, slate, marble and stone to cement based surfaces on both internal and external faces.

Stored properly in undamaged and unopened original sealed packaging in the temperature range +5 oC to +35 oC. Protect from direct sunlight and frost.

Application steps

MIXING

Premix the cement and sand first in the mixing vessel for 2 minutes using electric drill and paddle or mechanical pan mixer and then add correct volume of Ronafix® Tile Set into the mixing vessel. Initially, mix continuously for at least 3 minutes using an electric drill with paddle, until all powder has been wetted out and a uniform homogeneous paste is achieved. Allow the mixture to rest for at least 5 minutes and re-mix the material for another 1 minute before applying the tile adhesive mixture to the surface. The mixed tile adhesive should be kept in the mixing vessel and protected from direct sunlight. The mixed tile adhesive should be used within 2 hours of initial mixing.

CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT

Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use.
