Water Cleanable Epoxy Tile Grout

Ronagrout EPG is a stain resistant epoxy tile grout for horizontal and vertical joints. Ronagrout EPG is supplied in a pre-packed kit consisting of epoxy resin, hardener and colouring agent. Ronagrout EPG is water cleanable while fresh.

Consumption

Consumption

The consumption rate of Ronagrout EPG on site will, amongst other things, be dependent upon site conditions and the skill of the labour. The following formula may be used to calculate the mathematical consumption rate but does not allow for any wastage etc.,

Application steps

MIXING

Thoroughly mix part "A" before adding part "B" hardener component. Mix using a low speed mixer or preferably by hand for at least 5 minutes. Then add part "C" (colouring component), and mix until uniform.

APPLICATION

Spread epoxy mixture over the face of the tile using a hard rubber epoxy grout float. Work the grout back and forth with short strokes always at a 45° angle to the grout joint, this will ensure complete filling of the joints. Remove excess epoxy from the face of the tile. Clean up the tile face as soon as possible.

CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT

Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use.
