Sika MonoTop®-102 HK

Fast setting cement-based water stop mortar

Sika MonoTop®-102 HK is a rapid-reacting, cementitious mortar designed specifically for plugging leaking cracks or holes in concrete or masonry substrates. Sika MonoTop®-102 HK is simply mixed with clean water at site and reacts within seconds of mixing to form a durable, high early strength repair mortar.

Application

Application steps

MIXING

Place the desired amount of Sika MonoTop®-102 HK powder into a clean bucket and add enough water so as to form a putty like consistency. Hand mix the Sika MonoTop®-102 HK until it starts to become warm and then transfer the material to the hand or trowel.

APPLICATION

Cut out the crack or hole leaving either a square or undercut edge. Flush away any loose debris and dirt withclean water. Just as the Sika MonoTop®-102 HK becomes warm, force the Sika MonoTop®-102 HK mortar into the crack or hole keeping pressure on the mortar until set has occurred. Keep the Sika MonoTop®-102 HK mortar damp for at least 10-15 minutes.
