• SikaTop®-300 Seal must be applied in a minimum of 2 coats.
• For high risk areas, apply an addition third coat.

• Slow Speed Mixer (maximum 500 rpm)
• Mixing Paddle with uplifted notched disk.

Shake component A before using it. Pour the whole component A (liquid) into a clean mixing container. While mixing at low speed, add slowly

component B (powder) to the liquid component. Continue mixing for approx. 3 minutes until a creamy, lump free consistency is achieved.

Whilst the substrate is still damp but free of standing water, apply the first coat by brush, roller or squeegee, working the material well into the surface to achieve full bond. Allow 2-4 hours (at 25 ^oC) for the first coat to cure before applying following coats.

An additional stripe coat is recommended over cracks, wall/floor intersections, etc. as these locations are where movement is most likely to be expected in service.

Sika® SealTape F is a recommended product to be used in conjunction with SikaTop®-300 Seal in order to achieve advanced water tightness in wet rooms and around wet area.

For cement based products, proper curing is important. Protect newly applied SikaTop®-300 Seal against direct sunlight, wind, rain and frost to ensure full cement hydration to minimize cracking.

Clean all tools and application equipment with clean water immediately after use. Hardened / cured material can only be removed mechanically.
