Sika® Tile Grout

CEMENTITIOUS GROUT FOR TILES GAPS

Sika® Tile Grout is a one component, pre-packed tile grout combining cement with selected pigment and several admixtures. It fills the spaces between tiles, provides stability, and also aesthetic function.

Usage

For filling the spaces of homogeneous tile, ceramic tile, marble, granite, mosaic, and natural stone, over a range of applications as below:
  • Floor and wall
  • Interior and exterior
  • Dry and wet area*
* For dry area, mix Sika Tile Grout with water.

Application steps

MIXING

  • For dry area : pour 0.3 litre of water into mixing vessel then add Sika® Tile Grout slowly and mix properly.
  • For wet area : pour 0.3 litre of SikaCim® Latex into mixing vessel then add Sika® Tile Grout slowly and mix properly.
  • Mixing time is ~ 3 minutes. A slow speed mixer is recommended (300–600 rpm).

APPLICATION

  • Apply the grout to spaces between tiles diagonally using rubber trowel.
  • After the grout sets for ~ 10 minutes, wipe up the excess grout with damp sponge from the tile surfaces.
  • Run the sponge over the grout joints to get consistent, even-depth grout joints.
  • Waiting time before foot traffic minimum 24 hours.
