Project Requirement
Goodman Yuen Long warehouse consists of total 322,400 square feet building area with modern loading facilities. In order to minimize the disturbance on daily operation, client was looking for an exposed waterproofing system which could avoid complete removal of existing structure and could accommodate irregular movement by insulating cement tiles. Homogeneous outlook and colour matching are also essential requirements.
