The loading bay concrete was seriously worn out due to heavy traffic and loading for daily use of the floor. The owner decided to remove the existing concrete and reinstate the floor with high performance concrete and protect the new concrete with high performance coating.
Project Requirement
The concrete floor should be high performance, high early and ultimate
strength to receive heavy traffic in early day. The coating should be
decorative and durable to protect the floor from dirt and chemical attack.
