The Hong Kong Jockey Club donated HK$40 million in 1993 for the construction of the Jockey Club Environmental Building at Kowloon Tong.
Project Requirement
For nearly 30 years, the roof had suffered from weathering, water seepage problem was found in various locations on the roof floor. The owner decided to lay a new waterproofing membrane to rectify the water seepage problem.
The waterproofing membrane must be high performance, durable, fast drying and liquid applied to achieve a seamless watertight layer onto a large flat roof installed with water chillers.
