Project Requirement
Due to the aggressive outdoor conditions, water leakage problems occurred at various areas on the roof. The owner would like to remove the old waterproofing layer thoroughly and apply a new concealed roof waterproofing system.
Hand applied waterproofing material is recommended for this project as spray membrane is not practical under the strong wind. The waterproofing membrane must be high performance and durable to weather demanding outdoor conditions.
