Fully Bonded Membrane

Sika provides unique fully bonded, highly flexible TPO membrane systems that can easily meet all the stringent requirements of the basement waterproofing needs. The unique fully bonded design can protect the concrete structure from lateral water migration between the concrete structure and the membrane system.
Sika fully bonded systems limit any water ingress/leakage of structure on a local area in the event of damage to the membrane. For the non-fully bonded systems, water can easily enter every weak point of the structure once the membrane is damaged.
