SikaProof®-615

PRE-APPLIED FULLY BONDED WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE FOR BASEMENT AND FOUNDATIONS

SikaProof®-615 is a fully bonded, pre-applied sheet membrane waterproofing system for basement and foundation structures. It is two-layer composite membrane combined with existing single sheet layer (TPO polymer layer) and functional layer.
SikaProof®-615 creates a strong chemical and mechanical bond to concrete, which prevent any lateral water migration.

Usage

SikaProof®-615 may only be used by experienced professionals.
Waterproofing, damp-proofing and concrete protection for basements against ground water ingress. Suitable for use on:
  • Reinforced concrete base slabs
  • Extension and reconstruction works

SikaProof®-615 standard rolls are wrapped individually in a knitted plastic bag.

Shelf Life

SikaProof®-615 have a shelf-life of 12 months from date of production.

Storage Conditions

Product must be stored in original unopened and undamaged sealed pack aging in dry conditions and temperatures between + 5°C and +35°C, Store in a horizontal position.

Do not stack pallets of the rolls on top of each other, or under pallets of any other materials during transport or storage. Do not stack rolls more than 5 layers.

Always refer to packaging.

SUBSTRATE QUALITY

SikaProof®-615 membrane must be applied on a sufficiently stable, well compacted (blinding layer) substrate to avoid movement during the construction works. Substrate surface must be smooth, uniform and clean. Substrate can be damp, slightly wet or ponding water must be avoided.
