New Haven Court is a three independent blocks apartment and is built over 50 years which is located at Jardine’s Lookout. Jardine’s Lookout is a mountain and a residential area at the east mid-level on the Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong.
Project Requirement
As a wide range problem of water leaking, the owner decided to remove the existing old roof thoroughly in order to build up a concealed waterproofing system and parapet wall to enhance waterproof property.
